Where can I order delivery?
Delivery is available throughout Ukraine and internationally. We are happy to help you if you have any questions. Please contact us at yourkraq@gmail.com
How soon will I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within 3 (three) business days.
For deliveries within Ukraine, you can expect to receive your order within 1–3 business days via Nova Poshta.
For international deliveries, shipping times depend on the destination country and shipping method and usually take between 5 and 14 business days via Nova Global or Ukrposhta.
If some items are unavailable at the time of ordering and require production, shipping may take longer, but no more than 14 business days for domestic orders.
Delivery Cost
Delivery within Ukraine is free of charge. International delivery is paid by the customer. Please note that customs fees may apply according to the laws of the destination country. The cost depends on the recipient’s country and is paid by the customer.
Receiving Goods
We recommend that you check the goods upon receipt to make sure they are of proper quality and meet your expectations. After receiving the goods, claims regarding defects are accepted within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, claims submitted later than 24 hours are not considered valid for returns due to defects.
Returns
Products you wish to return must comply with our return policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In this case, please email us at yourkraq@gmail.com specifying:
the reason for the return
photos of the product if it is damaged or defective
Please note that the following categories of items are not eligible for exchange or return: gloves, tights, socks, stockings, underwear, corsetry items (lingerie), bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear.
The full value of the item will be immediately refunded once we verify that the appearance, properties and factory tags of the item are intact.
Who pays for delivery in case of return or exchange?
In the case of a return without valid reason (such as defects or faults), the delivery costs are borne by the Buyer in both directions. This means the Buyer must pay for shipping when sending the item back to us, or this amount will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
Refunds are issued within 1–10 business days from the date we receive the item. Specific terms depend on your bank and payment method.
